Apple didn't go live until around 2:18 and after being timed out 3 times I was processed at 2:28.


My AT&T order went through at about 345EST. I tried Apple again right before I feel back asleep at 430 and got a reservation. At 11AM I got an email saying I could complete my order and did it immediately.

It took me from then until freaking Tuesday to cancel with AT&T. Now THAT I will blame on AT&T. Most of the time I would call and get an immediate disconnect.

I'm not trying to excuse poor service, but you people are doing this to yourselves. This is a Black Friday kind of chaos and it should be avoided, not charged into.

So you didn't even cancel until Tuesday and you expect Apple to know this magically? And then you blame mainly Apple? Like I posted earlier, it takes up to 48hrs to put the upgrade back if they act right away. With this timeline, Apple didn't have time to email you. This is your fault and somewhat AT&T's fault. Nothing to do with Apple.
