1. What does that have to do with the current threat from ISIS?
2. Had we not stuck our heads in the sand after the first world trade bombing we'd have realized almost a decade before 9/11 that radical Islam had declared war on the US. Instead we did what you're doing now, pretended there was no threat from Radical Islam and looked what that's cost us.

Now, Leg, you and I both know that people here do not pay attention to what happened in the past, unless it is either the recent past or happened to them directly. Hell, I bet half of the population couldn't tell who was the first to step foot on the moon, or the significance of 07 DEC 1941, or the significance of 17 SEPT 1787, etc. Trying to base that kind of argument is pointless.
