How about just offering money for reporting "human trafficking"?


And if people are being paid for their work on the black market (instead of being regulated through legal means) only to unwisely spend it on drugs or something...well at some point you have to put the responsibility for being a crack whore on the crack whore, right?

The problem is the traffickers and pimps get almost all of the money for said services, and use force to make sure it stays that way. They prey on runaways and drug addicts because they are easier to manipulate, and once they have control of them they basically turn into sex slaves
