I installed the iSimple wired and bluetooth versions. They have an adapter that plugs into the antennae input on the back of the radio (and you plug the actual antennae wire into the adapter). This way you can pick up the input through an fm station but it is super clear because it is not actually transmitting the fm signal. I had the wired version for a couple of years, but I recently installed the bluetooth version and it works great. Just have to get the right version for the mobile operating system. There is an app so you can change the fm channel to anything. This helps a lot while traveling since you can get interference when entering new areas.
