I question his judgement, just based on the choices that he's made as an adult.
I haven't seen pictures of the child, but right now I'm pretty underwhelmed with AD/AP's parenting skills.

Keep in mind, these are from 4-5 days later, and they are pictures of the FRONT of his thighs. He was also struck in the scrotum and has defensive wounds on his hands. Peterson struck his child 10-15 times by his own admission.
Do you know how hard you have to hit someone with a switch for the end of it to come around and hit you in the nuts? Now consider hitting a 4 year old that hard 10-15 times.
On no planet, at no time in history, should this abuse be accepted. It isn't discipline. It is disgusting.
Oh, and FWIW, I'm not against corporal punishment.
