You're valuing yourself too high. And who cares if you have to move? It's not like you're toting a family around. I moved 3 times within my first 3 years of graduating and it was a huge help to my career because it showed my company I was committed and helped my expand my network.

Going to grad school is the default answer for most people who struggle to find a job out of college, but it's not always the right one.

If you're stubborn and do wait until after graduating to get a real job, I'd find something resume worthy to do the next 11 months. No one is going to be impressed with your year of hanging out and working at a restaurant when you start interviewing.
