Since you don't have a foodsaver, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and make sure there are no air pockets. I would wrap them twice. Then, put them in ziplock bags and try to suck all of the air out of those. You can use a straw.

i saw a show that the best wat to do it was to freeze it on plate for a few hours then wrap them in cellophane and put in zip locks. This prevents the release of the moisture in the steak forming that ice crust you see in ziplocks. I cant find the link right now.

Easier way to get the air out is to submerge the bag in a pot of water.

Close all but corner, submerge in pot and force all the air out, then close off the corner as most of the bag is submerged.
