LA had 11 players drafted this year, Florida had 44. Per capita is a bull shite argument. go ahead and only take LA players, we would be mediocre real quick. Plus you have to look at his early years dealing with a non existing new orleans area due to the hurricanes.

Hawaii has the 3rd highest rate of NFL players per capita, behind LA and The District of Columbia. They don't have any in-state competition. Where are their championships?
