The only problem is thoughts expressed by one guy. There is no discrimination.

Yes they do. Their statements would make any rational gay person feel that they would not be welcome or considered as being accepted as normal within that company.

Along with any straight person that has or has had sex outside of marriage. IOW 90% of the country.

Making someone feel a certain way is not discrimination. Chick fil A can't control your feelings, they can control whether they hire or serve you. And they'll be happy to do either
