this whole bull shite of Roger taking Ray's fiances request for lesser punishment under consideration is fricking ridiculous. psychologically speaking, Roger enabled the abusive relationship to continue by granting her co dependent plea. This is text book beaten wife syndrome on her part. She hates the abuse but can't do with out the relationship either. It's like the wife that calls the police on a domestic violence but they don't want to press charges once the cops get there. Roger and his staff should know better than to cave to this classic case of a seemingly toxic relationship.
