They should have bought out the houses that front on the street if they wanted a higher speed road.

They didn't want to spend the money to do it correctly and they didn't plan ahead....not to mention that it took them forever to screw it up this badly.

I thought we were just talking about Staring Lane? Not the whole city.

not only road construction, but a bridge was widened and a massive 60" sewer main was also installed.
