I finally saw this movie.

1) I enjoyed the first amazing Spider man 1. I was hesitant to watch it because I thought what is the point of relaunching a franchise they epically failed only a few years later.
2) I thought this was going to good, because others told me they liked it.
3) I think Garfield is an excellent spiderman, yes he acts a-little like a jerk and it just doesn't work as well in this movie but I can look past that.

But here are some of my issues

Spoilers, but this thread already has them.

Many things that make me stretch my head.

1) why doesn't spidy spot the truck first instead of letting it continue to blow through cars trucks and busses. To many jokes while he is fighting crime.
2) I didn't like Max before he was electro, nerdy guy obsessed with spiderman, who cares.
3) electros special effects were ok but him as a character really didn't work.
4) shakey camera work in many places.
5) Green Goblin? Didn't we have enough of him in the first installment of spiderman?

I could go on and on, now before the green goblin fight scene I would have thought his was an average movie that I enjoyed the ride of. Than the death scene happened.

If you are supposed to feel sad about the death of Peters GF than the movie did a crappy job of doing it. Rather I became very angry. It's the typical super hero plot with a GF. Super Hero is in love with this one girl, something makes it to where he can't be with her, eventually he overcomes that and they fall in love. The, I love you on the bridge, was cool, you could tell Stacy was seconding guessing her move to England. It felt perfect that Peter and Stacy get back together. Than they kill her. You have this perfect moment of love, than boom you kill her off. I don't care if it happened in the comic book, if your going to kill off a main character that is the love interest of the superhero you have to do it effectively. It simply didn't work.

Note: the only similarities between the comic book and this, is that she died on the bridge, she was wearing the same clothing, and that she had whip lash that killed her.

I hope something happens that prevents the next spider man from working. This franchise needs to end, and be put in the vault for 10+ years. We have had enough spiderman.

I like Andrew Garfield as spider man, but everyone else around him sucks, (except Emma Stone)
