The thing is the NFL just mandated that a first offense is 6 games. Then a video comes out and the 6 games is now indefinitely. I think rice should be banned forever after seeing that but why make a rule and not follow it? If he just punched her and knocked her out then what? If he shoved her and she got knocked out then what?

It shows how much Goddell is panicking if he can't follow the rule that he made like a week ago.

The NFL can do anything they fricking want in relation to discipline for conduct detrimental.
