That original ownership filing you linked above represented that Bass/Hayman acquired some 93,866,877 shares, or in other words, 100% of the outstanding common shares according to EXXI's latest proxy

When Bass acts, I listen haha guys pretty good, so if he's loading up, it makes me think about it for sure. Just hope it's not back up to double digits by then.
