For the entire length of the contract yes, but I thought people were insinuating $20 mil per year, not 20 million total.

Sounds crazy, but with the way everyone touts him, I can see Seattle doing something stupid like that.

That is my thought as well. They win with their defense and running game. No reason to pay someone elite money if they aren't one of the top two reasons you are winning.

I was insinuating $20 million per year. That would be a bargain for them if they can lock him up for 5-6 years at that price.

Why would that be stupid? That is the going rate for good QBs. He has the potential to be elite
