Meh, I don't see the harm in taking the chance. People were taking him in middle rounds, and now you can scoop him up by dropping your last draft pick. There's more value than the pick you took in the 15th-16th round, just by the remote possibility.

It's a Reduction though not an Increase. I think there's a big difference in that aspect.
