I highly doubt the league would be retroactive IF these even happened in a timely manner. Technically they broke the rules when they were rules. Florio has had a hard-on for Gordon playing these last few weeks, so take what he says with a grain of salt. THere have already been others who said a rule change would have no effect on the eligibility of players already punished. I think right now, an injunction is still Gordon's only way of seeing the field in 2014.
