I will admit defeat on the supply and demand portion of this Uber argument
I will still claim it's a very fine line between demand and corporate greed though.
Peche the hottest restaurant in New Orleans could easily double their prices and the demand would still be through the roof. But they don't.
My fiancee's fitness studio is jam packed throughout the day. You know what time everyone wants to workout? 7am and 5pm. She could charge 20 bucks more an hour for those timeslots and easily fill them. But she doesn't.
The examples are endless. I already admitted to be wrong about supply & demand. My argument should have been centered around my disagreement on how the business is operating.
