If you can get ahold of some stroing powdered insecticide like a Bug Guy carries.
You might can get Pest Control to sell you some.
If you can apply this,it's best to use these little "Rubber ball looking puffers" so the powder spreads out.
The powder will get on every one of the yellow jackets as they come and go and will kill them.

Dish washing liquid and water kills wasp,bees, yellow jackets, etc etc, immediately , fact.
