Kido makin my exercise difficult, asked his mom for fried fish. Momma didnt want me to thaw any white perch because we dont fillet them.... And she thought the opelousas cat we caught was "too gamey" - WELL DUH, it tastes like an op! Lol. Guess im not cookin either of the 2 i love. Dont have any more fiddlers.
Im fryin some small farm raised catfish strips tonight. Unreal. Got a freezer full o fish.
