And non residents can't shoot does. What's up with that? Even on Federal land. I hate Mississippi.

Ummm...you can shoot 5 just like residents brah. Anyone with a license can kill 8 deer/yr.

ETA I just noticed there's no daily bag limit on antlerless on private lands now. A couple evenings on a good food plot can get you all your does.
