quote:

Would it take all of America to respond, or just a few concerned individuals? If there are Americans among the real terrorists, then one would suspect they were Americans with some influence. And it stands to reason that they would use their influence to prevent America from responding effectively. Thus, it is illogical to think that America can possibly respond effectively to the real terrorists. It will be up to Americans, who are not under the influence of the real terrorists, acting of their own volition to respond effectively.

So your task isn't to get America to act. It is to rouse the necessary righteous indignation among a sufficient number of Americans to get them to act as individuals or in concert.
Exactly.

So you are basically conceding that the real terrorists have won. They have achieved their objectives, and their targets have not responded effectively.

I don't know how to tell you this without sounding unkind. You are delusional. There is no pre-planned global conspiracy that provides a unified explanation for unconnected events. Events occur because people acting independently generally respond to other events in rational manners made with some awareness of other actors and their motivations.
