I don't know what that particular file is, but it could be that your antivirus thinks that whatever he used to connect is a virus even if it isn't.
I've had issues with Norton (which is easily the worst antivirus software in the history of computing) having false positives on some of my work software.
If you can, you should uninstall whatever the tech used to connect. If not google that file, but it's probably not that big of a deal.
