Because they're 16 and dumb....but with a little awareness of the fact that its disrespectful in reality. They'll understand it later on, but of course a 16 year old girl wouldn't understand a decision, but she needs to learn to respect herself, and demand respect from others.

Women do tend to throw gasoline on the fire. Bottom line though, he was putting hands on them. A line was crossed.
