re: BRPD Officer shoots man during DWI stop

A single drop of sweat, a smear of blood, a skin scraping all contain abundant cells for DNA ID. It's not all CSI but a pistol has plenty of sharp edges and in a true struggle over it DNA will likely be left behind. I certainly hope they analyze for it since the presence of DNA on the gun would certainly lend credence to the story.
