He is not a threat to make a play so whoever is supposed to cover him can make plays elsewhere.

he's short, slow, and not explosive

he'll make the occasional catch when he's open by 15 yards, but that just means you see how much respect the D has for him

which proves my point (that having him as a base offensive player means we're playing 10 on 11)

I think he means athletically as compared to a wide receiver who could be catching, blocking or running the ball.
