Get what you deserve? What kind of twisted shite is that? Why do you "deserve" to get shot for showing a 9 year old how to fire an automatic weapon? I fired my first automatic weapon probably around 12 or 13 or so but wouldn't have found it particularly odd at 9 if the opportunity arose.

9 year olds fire weapons all the time. I'd say this is a more of a tragedy than anything else but I'm also not a sick frick with an anti-gun bias.
I wouldn't say "get what you deserve" but it has to be pretty unsafe to put a fully automatic uzi in the hands of a 9 year old, no matter how close you are. Check out the article, her arms are like toothpicks.

I am sure you were a huge kid at 9 so I guess you could make an exception for 9 year olds with the arms of a 16 year old, but there really isn't a good reason to give a 9 year old this type of gun.

I have no idea what your first sentence and the rolling eyes emoticon is supposed to mean. I was a pretty small kid, actually. Played point guard and was usually one of the smaller players until high school. Certainly skinny.

I had ZERO issues firing sub machine guns at 12 or 13.

A 9 year old who was small, uncoordinated or afraid is a bad combination to fire these kinds of weapons. "There is no good reason" is a pretty subjective and pointless addition to the discussion. According to many on the left, "there is no good reason" for lots of the gun freedoms in this country.
