This is true. These kids though that are from St. Helena are really good kids from a poverty stricken area. Not a bunch of thug asses.

The problem is common around the state. A parish with good schools that is surrounded by parishes with poor performing schools will always fight this issue.

Yep. Although they don't contribute to the tax base of the school district, St. Helena is such a shithole I don't mind them coming in tbh.
