What he says is not that bad, I feel like it's his opinion and it's ok. He is skewed in one direction of course, but it's not terrible.
The bigger issue I think is the overall fishery population estimates that the Feds use to set the catch amounts.
From what I understand, if the population count would be correctly performed then the other stuff might work it's way out.
