Popeyes is the first sponsor of the Bahamas Bowl

The Bahamas Bowl just received a dash of cajun spicing, and I don't think anyone's complaining.
One of the newest bowl games, set to debut on Dec. 24 in Nassau, will be sponsored by Popeyes Louisiana Chicken. The Popeyes Bahamas Bowl will feature teams from the MAC and Conference USA, and if those teams run up-tempo offenses we can only hope for some in-game references to being "Louisiana fast."
The Popeyes Bahamas Bowl will be the first bowl game played outside the United States since the 2010 International Bowl, in Toronto, and the first FBS bowl game played outside the U.S. or Canada since 1937.
"Like college football, Popeyes enjoys a rich tradition and passionate fans, and we look forward to a great game and a lot of fun in the Bahamas," Hector Munoz, vice president of marketing for Popeyes said.

The bowl will not be ready for play as advertised. Teams awarded the bowl berth will have to pull up the bus and wait for completion.

No.
Popeyes is good food to prevent hangovers.
