If they play as well as 2011, and the defense is as good as expected then LSU will be a strong contender for SEC title. The 2011 QB play was extremely efficient when they werent playing Alabama. LSU wont face a defense remotely the caliber of 2011 Bama. I think the QBs are more talented but they will likely go through some growing pains due to inexperience, so I think it would be hard to match the overall efficiency of 2011. Better question might be will they throw it more or less than the 2011 team.

Besides Wisconsin if they struggle early against Sam Houston State and Louisiana Monroe, it will get ugly later in the SEC. I see good play early against the cream puffs and decent play in the SEC getting ugly wins going 10-2.
