Jambalaya is awesome…..dude is trolling. As far as frying fish, a 15 gallon pot may be tad bit big for that….lol.
Get you a good stainless paddle as mentioned above and a cadillac burner and you're good to go. A pot that size is perfect for a nice sized jambalaya and/or cracklins.
