I agree I like the r and r setup but I live in CO so no chance of getting it shipped my way. Plus I have the ability build one just need to know how far pot is away from the burner.
Anyone have pictures of their setup and how burner is mounted.

All of you that own roll around jambalaya pots how far from the burner does the pot sit. Also how is the burner attached to the roll Around stand? I am looking to build a roll around stand for my 15 gallon pot. I am in the metal industry and have some great fabricators available. Need some advice on distance etc.

re: Moving to Colorado?

Just moved from Lakeview to Boulder area and cost of living about the same. Taxes and insurance is really low but housing is higher so it equals out. People and culture are a little different but overall great place to live. Going from below sea level to mile high can be an adjustment for some.

Thanks guys. I am originally from Indiana but live in Colorado now. I actually have the 15 gallon setup and bought it locally on Craigslist for $120. I will mostly you it for jambalaya pastalaya and maybe try to make cracklings. I will probably upgrade my regulator once I have some experience with it.
Anyone else live in Colorado?
Thanks for the help and Geaux Tigers!!

Well I finally got the Jambalaya setup. It is this setup LINK
It came with a crappy regulator. Should I get the 30psi regulator to go with this burner/setup?
To season I think I am just going to use oil and and possibly bacon fat. Any suggestions for a pot this size?
Thanks for the help.

Probably go with both the pot stand and burner and try them out. Then eventually build a rolling metal stand

I like the R and R but live in Colorado so I don't think they will ship that far without costing an arm and a leg.
Could I use this burner and prop it up to work with this stand?

re: Is this a good Jambalaya Pot?

I probably use it for tailgates and some family get together. I figured it was better to buy a little larger than 4,5 gallon pot. Plus I believe this is a good price for the setup and I can use gift cards.
Is this a good burner? Can this be used for home brewing too?
