First of all - their heydays were all during the infancy of plastic surgery, but Marilyn appears to have had at least some (maybe more than a little). I like her curves and onscreen persona.

Audrey, on the other hand, appears to have had no cosmetic procedures during her life, despite thinking she had a big nose. In any event, the very image of "sticklike" or waifish, in a cruel irony to many others, Audrey tried in vain to gain weight. She was developmentally stunted because the Nazis tried to starve them to death. This malnourishment may have contributed to her early demise from pancreatic cancer (certainly didn't help).

Therefore, despite liking women with a little more curves than AH - I give her a pass on being skinny. And she was blessed with wonderful symmetry and bone structure of the face.
