So they were drunk or high or in shock? Lol wtf

Even if you had a minor bench warrant or something I dont think they're gonna take you to jail if your car got hit by a fricking train

or illegal mexicans.

i got rear ended at red light by a mini-van. doors swung open and what had to be 10-15 mexicans went running in all directions. cops show up and its just me standing with two wrecked cars.

Actually, unless there are extenuating circumstance (like getting rear ended into the tracks) you can get into quite a lot of trouble for hitting a train or being hit by one. The train is on a fixed path and is does not slow down very quickly. The flashing lights give warning well in advance. It is car drivers responsibility (having more freedom to get out of the way) to do everything necessary to make sure it is out of the trains path.
