I have been all over the South and to many out of the way places. I can say I only know of 2-3 places that your statement would be somewhat true.
On the other hand through I can think of endless places where I would be very nervous without carrying.

What we need to make places like this clear to all.
Let's have places that where only whites can go and places that just blacks can go to.
What could possibly be wrong with that?

In my entire life I've never seen a place that isn't "safe" for blacks.
Sure there are places where they might feel uncomfortable, but they won't get jumped and beaten by a group of white people.
