Seeing drinking threads pop up reminded me to mention that the biggest (best-?) liquor store in town is the Spec's Downtown location.

Specs tis the shite. Absolutely amazing place. Wish Louisiana would get some, but when they sell liquor anywhere, there isnt much market for Specs. Their specialty items and deli are what get me. And the cigar selection is
