Hey TBM, am arriving late @ Hobby (4:20) due to concert Fri nite wanted to see in Miss. Have a car rental and booked Mainstay med center that will want to check in and freshen up then head to game area. Assume make it to hotel by 6 what options to get there recommend. The hotel says shuttle available and also want to party after, so guess use rail and taxi?
TIA

Similar to above, you are going to be off the rail line a little bit so you will definitely want to take Uber or Lyft to get to the game (Download the app and use the codes in the first post to get a free ride). By the time the rail line reaches your stop, it will be pretty full especially that close to game time.
Edit: I suppose you could use their shuttle as well, but if they are making multiple runs don't wait an hour for them to show back up and drive you.
If I were you, I would take Uber or Lyft to the game and following the game, head to the Rail Line. Take the rail line towards downtown and get off at the McGowen stop. That will put you in midtown where all the bars are. You want to walk down mcgowen headed north (northwest just follow the crowds) and you will run into all the bars and restaurants. After you end your night, use Uber or Lyft (whichever one you didn't use your free coupon on earlier)to get back to the hotel. That is a free ride to the game, a $1 ride to midtown, and a free ride back to the hotel.
