Anyone know anything about sweetaddiction tv's Tennessee farm?

I'm looking to go on a hunt this year for a reasonable price. I talked with these guys and they have a good price and seem very down to earth. Anyone know much about them. I also emailed a place in Texas that said they have a 90 percent success rate. Their price is $1800 for a 130", but if you shoot a 140s it bumps up to $2800. Any other suggestions on places? I'm looking to get a 130"+ free range buck. I was getting in a lease in Kentucky, but it fell through. If anyone on here has farms or river delta land and would be interested in doing a hunt or trading hunts with me in the future I'd be interested. We have a place just south of vicksburg near the Natches trace and I feel in the upcoming years it will get really good. This is the first year hunting this property so it's a learning process.

Any reason why you aren't looking to Texas?

Shouldn't be a problem

I'll give you $1,000 so you can go on your hunt. In return I will have all access to hunt your MS property

I got a friend that's discussed selling hunts in N LA. He told me he was thinking it would be like $2,000 if you shot, but you could go sit all you want if you did not shoot.
They have been taking some big deer off the place and I think the biggest I saw was in the 180" range.

You can get a hell of a lot more than $2k for a hunt if there are 180" deer running around

I think that's pretty expensive, but could be wrong

That was the biggest, only saw 1 like that. Lots of easily 120" and some 140" and a few 150"
I just go to get some doe meet though and I don't care about horns right now. I'll get my chance at a big one soon enough though.

So like a lease/club that you could hunt whenever. You only pay if you kill?
That's actually not a bad idea. Could have a pay scale on size and one for does.
How do you regulate # of hunters though?

I dunno I don't think they have 100% figured it out.
There's not many decent places to stay where it is and I think they would hunt with you.
I was just helping them full dmap tags this past year.
I will call my buddy and ask some more ?'s.

Texas would be good if I could find a hunt for a reasonable price. Any suggestions?

Sign up here, make a post about what you are looking for and what you want to spend. If you will go $2k, say that you will spend up to $1500, etc. Let people tell you what they have to offer, then research those places on that board to make sure they are legit...
