Well, if you graduated with a sweet 2.2, that GPA is going to be glaringly important to an interviewer, regardless of what they say in a survey.

Your doctor operating on you, even if he had a 2.2 is still called "Doctor".

How about with that sweet 2.5 while maintaining a career in the Marine Reserves, Working 2 jobs the entire time, and having some nice letters of recommendation..

Nope.

If you got a 2.2 while working full time and already have 2+ years of experience I'd hire you over a 4.0, that didn't work at all during school because mommy and daddy paid for everything and has no experience.

I assume you aren't an employer or involved in the hiring process.
