The local police have created their own narrative which has caused a lot of the animosity. At this point, there's no reasonable outcome to this.
Timeline:
Saturday approx. noon Brown is shot
Sunday morning police at presser say Brown was unarmed and shot after struggle for gun...
Sunday night a candlelight vigil mourning Brown turns violent around 9:00pm
It is what it is, and it happened relatively fast. If the people involved don't trust the system to provide justice then the result is chaos.
