With the rule changes, do you not believe we're doing this? Mawae gets paid to break down film, and works camps. Coach O too. Patterson, as mentioned... The money is there if there is a legal way to use it, and I refuse to believe the coaches are just like "nah, we're good."

oh, we are. But we do not have the recruiting support staff that other comparable programs have. However, that doesn't mean ours is worse.
And you'll have to see my above edits that also agree with you.
I will also say that I don't think our recruiting needs an overhaul. I personally want more money allocated towards facilities than recruiting. I think we're doing pretty well in that category.

We have two Player Personnel guys, I can't remember how many they have, but these guys have a freakin Twitter Team to pump recruits 24/7, for goodness sakes.
We need to get on the same playing field, hire BryanKRoy, lol.
