My full understanding is not worth a damn right now. I'm three sheets gone but take this for what it's worth. If you're buying a $1000 toy, or several $1000 toys, why try to save a few bucks by going through a website for a trust?
Knister is Nola has done hundreds of trust and has allowed Louisiana citizens to purchase thousands of class 3 weapons. I have been told by every single dealer that a trust in Louisiana has to be written under napoleanic law. My first silencer has been approved using a Nola attorney and I'm about to file 3 more forms.
Now, bio said that... frick. I can't remember what he said. However, it looks like silencer Co may be aware of LA law and will probably accommodate for that. I would call and confirm 100% before hand though.

The beliefs surrounding this keep Louisiana attys in bidness. Kudos to this Knister guy for making you go local, err, stay in the state for your trust docs.
