Players to target for return yard points?

1 point per 10 return yards (punt and kickoff). I know that this can make a below average rb or wr an every week starter, and can make average players studs. I haven't been in a league with return yards for a couple years, so haven't kept up with they key players.
I'm guessing guys like Cobb or A Brown are still retuning and have added value in the early rounds. A guy like B Cooks or tavon Austin in the later rounds. No idea who to target near the end where great value for return guys can be had.
Any advice is appreciated.
QB,RB,RB,WR,WR,WR,TE,Flex,Def,K. No ppr. QBs 1 point per 10 yds, and 6 pt TDs. Definitely targeting a top 3 qb in the first.
The league is with some guys I've known for over 20 years, and although we put up $50, I view it as mostly a bragging rights league. Skill level varies greatly, so we have agreed to alter the scoring system, settings, etc each year so the more skilled players don't have as much of an advantage. We've done the return yards before, but it's been a couple years.

Tavon Austin would be an early round target as he is a favorite target in the passing game as well as good in the return game. Other guys to look at would be Brandin Cooks, Dri Archer, & DeAnthony Thomas

Cordarelle becomes a top-10 WR in your league's setting.
Gets an extra 140 points last year in your league. Can only assume that number is going to stay the same/ get higher.

Pretty crazy scoring. I have one league that gives 1pt per 10 return yards for individuals. You should check out the customized cheat sheets on fftoolbox. It will let you enter the scoring specific to your league.
The issue I sometimes have is when using the customized sheet, you have to have a feel for the others drafting and if they're using a standard sheet. For example, Cordarelle is the number 3 wr on my cheat sheet but you don't want to pick him accordingly. I thought I could grab him in the 8th round but someone picked him up in the 7th.
I've never played in a league that gave 1 pt per 10yds for passing but heard someone call in on XM about it yesterday. They said to remember that everyone scales up the same with this scoring and to draft normally, not focusing on elite QBs early. If it was points for efficiency (completions and incompletions), it would be different.
If you want, I can post the list of receivers for 1pt per 10yds return yardage.

Patterson becomes the number one WR in this format. Run last years numbers and he probably finishes top five on last yrs production.

Brown
Austin
