Just threw on a whole cabbage.

At 196 now on the butt, will pull and rest at 203.

Time for some good people pale ale!

That thing looks badass. I'd love to own one but with three pits already, I honestly don't need another.

One of my "pits" is the Orion Cooker, which uses this same kind of convection cooking. The only…and I mean ONLY…drawback to it is that the cooking chamber is so moist that it's hard to get a really good bark on shoulders.
