I did one and the hardest part for me isn't the 53 (though the last spot was tough but we have 2 more games to sort it out). It's getting who I want on the PS while keeping positions in mind.
And remember to put Ozougwu on IR (or cut him). He is counting as a roster spot.

Griffin is obvious IMO. Just a matter if we keep 3 qb's this year on mccown
