So much failure in so few keystrokes.

His main witness robbed the store with him so he has reason to lie. Just looking at the store video you can see the guy was a bully thug. The video was released to show that the witnesses veracity is not to be believed.

The video doesn't show the friend participating in the robbery, he's just standing by watching Brown. At one point, Brown had him something and he put in back on the counter.

I don't want the young man dead, but I have a feeling he directly contributed to his own demise.

Common sense tells us that Brown helped escalate things, and that the cop didn't just get out of his car and start firing.

Like the female witness said , the cop was using the SOP of pulling Brown through the window of his car, case closed

I am sure you know the law, if you are with a robber you are a robber, this guy knows that also, so that gives him reason to lie.

I'm not a lawyer, but I do know that you're just making stuff up.

Lie about what? The video clearly shows Dorian Johnson, Brown's friend, put the cigars back on the counter when Brown tried to make him an accomplice. Furhermore, Johnson told the cops about Brown stealing the cigars when he was questioned about the shooting.

quote:

“My client did tell us — and told the FBI — that they went into the store,” Bosley said on MSNBC. “He told the FBI that he did take cigarillos. He told that to the DOJ and the St. Louis County Police.”

So the fact that Johnson told the cops about his friend shoplifting days before the video was released gives him more credibility. Johnson's only sin was keeping bad company.

I think telling the police he just ran across him on the street is worse. If it goes to trial the lawyers will eat him alive for that

What difference does it make whether Johnson knew Brown for one day, one month, one year or 10 years?

You misunderstand me, he told the cops he had just run into Brown on the street right before the incident , but then it turns out he was with him before that in the store that was robbed

Would he still be alive, and all of this would have been avoided , and yes the cop prolly has some blame after the fact.

I don't know exactly what happened in this case and few people do. But, when you go down these hypothetical roads, it doesn't serve much good.

Ex: girl gets killed driving to store to pick up milk for mom. Mom wonders if her daughter would still be alive if she had only picked the milk up herself after work.
There are too many what if!

I think you're mistaken. He told the cops he was with Brown when he stole the cigars. See the link I posted above.

Store owner is receive the wrath, not the thief.

This looks like a picture from the scene at the Ferguson Market & Liquor store from last night. If so, I was watching the live feed from there. The individuals on the scene stated that they were there to protect the store from being looted. One guy said, "why would we loot our favorite store?" And he was serious. He went on to add that the looters from coming from places other than Ferguson.

I did find this. Evidently a few were attempting to loot and others were preventing it from continuing.
quote:

Earlier in the evening, a line of police, some carrying helmets and others in riot gear, had lined the entrance of the same store, saying only that there(sic) were following orders. None intervened during the looting.

I thought he was going to be much younger
and a lot smaller.

The unarmed teen was at least 6'4 and 290??

I like how his family rep said the police are trying
to "smear" the "victim" by realising the strong
arm robbery video. WTF?

This situation is unbelievable.
Both sides look like idiots.
Why isn't the National Guard there???

From what i have seen Johnson admitted to being at the store once the video came out, but statements from earlier in the week didnt mention that..... That's all im saying... I agree Johnson isn't guilty of anything

I thought the same thing. Brown did a fine job of smearing himself in the convenience store video.

But the video was just released yesterday, while there are news reports of Johnson telling the cops and the FBI about the cigars before the video was released. Evidently Johnson never mentioned the cigars in his TV interviews but he was forthcoming with the police and FBI when they questioned him immediately after the shooting.

I hope the looters are shot. If it spreads, I hope anyone who tries is shot.
