In reference to the OP, most of the $ comes from the feds specifically to buy this military style shite, the feds sell it to them ridiculously cheap, or the feds just give it away. What police department wouldn't take free stuff?

You won't because it doesn't generate ratings and white people generally don't go ape shite / borderline retarded and start rioting when it happens.

Letting the law play itself out...imagine such a novel concept.

People have every right to be upset whenever someone unarmed is killed, but it's extremely difficult to garner support for your side when you're looting, rioting and destroying property like you're in some third world country.

What's worse is that these people feel that their destruction and looting of other people's property is completely justified.
