Thats what the officer is claiming, but its kind of hard to take an officers gun when he is seated in a vehicle. No doubt there was an altercation with the officer in the car and him outside, but its hard to justify 5-7 shots after the kid takes off running.

Yeah that would be a pretty ballsy thing to try to do. Though I know a guy who took a leak through an open LSU PD police car window and totally got away with it. (I know it because I saw it from a balcony).
