What about Cox Cable in New Orleans? What channel and what special package do you need to have to be able to get it?

What is the Hopper? I've seen their terrible commercials before but flip the channel immediately due to their shitty Boston accents.
Says HD on Dish is 408 here 408 for HD/SD

DIRECTV and ESPN have entered into an agreement for DIRECTV to provide the new SEC Network to fans and followers of the Southeastern Conference when the network launches Aug. 14. The first college football game on the new network will air Aug. 28 featuring Texas A&M vs. South Carolina on channel 611.
Note: The network will be available to customers who have CHOICE or above programming.

The Hopper is the Dish equivalent of Direct TV's Genie.
